Senior advisor to the Executive Committee and member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Policereporting directly to the Commissioner, with respect to the realignment and organizational issues, 1997 to 1999. He held Top Security clearance from the Government of Canada,Stikeman Elliott, law firm with offices in Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, New-York, London, Hong-Kong, Sidney. Began as articling student in 1977, and resigned as senior partner in 1998. Was a member of the Executive Committee in Montreal, and Chair of the Employment law group.
