China's insurance industry has achieved rapid development since joining "WTO". In order to analysis the Chinese insurance companies better, we study the competitiveness of Chinese insurance companies from 2010. We first give a definition of the competitiveness of the insurance company, and bring forward five indicators of the insurance company's competitiveness to analysis, that is profitability, capital management capability, viability, risk management capability and development potential competitive. Then we use principal component analysis method to evaluate and analyze these five capacities. Finally, based on the combination of these five capabilities, we use principal component analysis method to analyze and evaluate the comprehensive competitiveness of Chinese insurance companies.
