The 78th Innovation and Entrepreneurship Seminar: Genia Kostka, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management: Barriers to energy efficiency improvements for SMEs

Prof. Genia Kostka is an Assistant Professor in Chinese Business Studies at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany. Her primary research interests lie in the political economy of contemporary China. Her current research projects examine differences in local government capacities for climate change mitigation in China and India and local energy policy implementation and environmental policy innovations in China. Professor Kostka has a PhD in Development Studies from the University of Oxford, an MA in International Economics and International Development from SAIS Johns Hopkins University and a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics. Prior to undertaking a career in academia, she worked as a strategic management consultant for McKinsey & Company in Berlin.
