Background Information

Andrea Goldstein is in charge of Global Relations at the OECD Investment Division. He was Deputy Director of the Heiligendamm L’Aquila Process (the G8-G5 political dialogue) Support Unit at the OECD between 2008-2010 and previously a Senior Economist with the OECD Development Centre and Economics Department and the World Bank Group. Andrea’s has published widely on regulatory reform in network industries, the political economy of the global aerospace industry, the impact of the emergence of China and India on other developing countries, and emerging multinationals, etc.

Misuzu Otsuka is an Economist at the OECD Investment Division. She joined the OECD Investment Division in 2007, working on investment policies of major Asian economies. She co-authored the OECD Investment Policy Reviews of China, India and Indonesia. Before joining the OECD, she worked as an economist at the Asian Development Bank, working for urban development and social sectors projects in South Asia, and she also worked as a consultant at the World Bank. She holds a PhD in economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
