Dr. Xia led the process designing and piloting effort in its largest provincial subsidiary, and supported implementation throughout the whole nation ?Leading a comprehensive transformation program for a European industrial company China operation covering corporate and BU strategies, M&A opportunity screening, sales transformation, etc. ?Assist a sovereign wealth fund to design its organization structure and key business/managerial processes.
