美国商务部长古铁雷斯致函谢维和副校长

对与经管学生的座谈表示答谢

美国商务部长古铁雷斯先生在6月15日写给谢维和副校长的信中，表达了他对在清华访问期间，与经济管理专业的同学进行圆桌讨论的感谢之情。古铁雷斯先生在信中说，他很高兴与同学们就美中经济关系中的热点问题展开讨论，他相信他们中的一些人会成为中国未来的商业领袖。古铁雷斯先生感谢437必赢会员中心为他提供了与同学们讨论的机会，并且指出，这会增近两国之间的相互理解。

Dear Dr.Xie:

I wanted to express my appreciation to you and Tsinghua University for hosting my roundtable discussion with your university’s Masters of Business Administration students on June 2. I was pleased to discuss current issues in the U.S.-China economic relationship with such bright and engagine students,many of whom I have no doubt will be among China’s future business leaders. I appreciated having the opportunity to discuss these issues with them. This was another small,but important, step to promote mutual understanding between our two countries.
